It was a fun filled day yesterday. Went shopping for all my vegan recipes, which costs a bit more then the regular food I used to eat but I worked out the whole price per recipe and really it was not all that bad.
So last night I made the tofu spinach lasagna which to my surprise was very good except I tried to cut some corners and use those stupid ready to use noodles. Will not be doing that one again. But it eat able anyways and when I portioned it out I made enough to have 5 more meals out of it! Then I made my vegan chocolate chip muffins that were oh so yummy too! Made them smaller too, so they will be perfect as an afternoon snack. The best part of last night is when the boys left and they were playing crazy good music on the TV.. I was full of energy and danced around for at least an hour. Cleaning up my cooking mess and dancing oh what a sight I was.
Today however it is grey and very dreary outside, so apparently it is going to be the time to do some overdo house cleaning. I might even attempt to part with some of my big girl clothes. That will be tough, but something I have to do in order to get this negative crap out of my head that "what if you get fat again". BUT I know that alone is the wrong way of thinking. And the stuff I have been holding on to looks stupid on me. However knowing me there will be an item or two that I will simply just not be able to get rid of. So I'll hang them up in the back of the closet and label them "big girls do not unwrap!"
Okay babbled on enough for now.
