Well my weight is still at a bit of a standstill but I'm working on it. I've decided that when my mom and sister leave for Portland next week (Yes Audrey is finally going to school!) that I will start doing half an hour of yoga a day and then once I'm under 200lbs will start doing heavier exercise. I've also finally decided what I want to do with my life and this is spurring on my wish to get myself in the best shale possible and has renewed my motivation. Once I'm healthy again I want to join the Canadian Navy to work with languages or computers. I can work there for a while then get my education in criminal psychology, work in that field for a while then hopefully apply with the CSIS. Alternatively, if things are serious with my girlfriend and she wants to stay close to me I could apply for the American Navy and continue the same course. Who knows. But now I feel much more confident in my plans.

Good for you! You might want to add some walking as an additional exercise, doesn't have to be a really rapid walking, just walking. Even 10 minutes a day adds up, and you can do it almost anywhere, even at home.

I do do some walking as well. 15-25 minutes a day usually but much more in the winter when there is less humidity and less allergens. I haven't gone the last few days because we've been able to see the air and my eyes just kept leaking goop 😥 But I'm about to go out and do that now so good morning and have a good day!
