Yesterday was the first time in 9 months that I did not record anything in my food diary. I think I ate OK but the day was so busy that won't even think about trying to re-create it. Will just start off fresh today!
This is a carry over from Monday's 11 hour day. It is unusual for work to be so busy this time of year - think that is a very good sign for the economy. Hoping that it is also good sign that I'll actually have a job next year as well.
So will shut up and get today's food recorded before anything else happens to interrupt me.

One day in 9 months is not a problem. A busy workplace is a good thing, these days. Just be sure you can squeeze in a little "me" time too! Don't wear yourself out!

I like it when work is busy, the day goes by much quicker that way. Not to worry about the missed food entries, we Know you were a good girl, honestly...we do!
