Ok Ericka, it is August 1st. A brand new month. So are you going to sit around and complain about being unhealthy and fat all month, or are you going to quit bitching and get up and DO something about it?!

You know you can't sit around on your ass and lose weight. You know you can't binge on fast food and feel good about yourself. And most of all, you KNOW how good it feels to be healthier and not have so much excess weight to carry around.

So what are you going to do?

You've been logging your food and that is awesome...maybe try some Intermittent Fasting if you haven't already. Walking a wee bit each day (target increasing your distances) is also a great way to help with overall health...there are also some folks here that have done very well on various programs that you could pick up some strategies that work best for you...good luck, make some changes and see what happens!!

Shortly after joining FS, I signed up for a couple of challenges here. I wasn't completely successful in all cases, but it gave me some "daily targets" that helped keep me on track. You may want to take a look at what's coming up and see if one might help give you the impetus you need to "quit bitching and get up and DO something about it."
