didn't get a chance to add to yesterdays last night. Sometimes when I go home lately I just 'crash'! It was kind of that way last night. I did stay within my WOE for day 2 of 3 day diet. Which was super, I was really tempted to go off and eat & drink things not on my plan but I put the 'taboo' items away and went into the other room to do something else, then when I came back in, the desire was not as intense to eat/drink those items. IT was still there, I don't think I will ever get rid of the desire completely, but just having it fade off a little was enough to keep me true to my woe.
Today is day 3 of 3 day diet and I am sticking to it. I have my dinner already laid out, just need to cook the fish, but I love fish so that won't be an issue. Again I just tend to eat more portions than I should, but with this fish I am going to allow myself the extra bit. At least now my weight is getting back to where it was before last Sundays 'craziness' so that is good. I need to keep that in mind this weekend. I have my kids coming home and my DIL cooks so great, but I will keep things under control! They all know I'm trying to loose weight and keep it off so I'm sure they will not tempt me and will support me. I just have to stay away from those beers! I never use to be a big beer drinker until a few years ago when my ex fiance was one. Thanks goodness he is an ex F and not an ex husband, wow I dodged a big one there! But again, who knows. Now I just need to take care of ME! Have a good one all! HEY if anyone reads this journal entry, can you tell me if there is a good Group that is active? I belong to a few Groups here on FatSecret and all except one is NOT active! I would like to be in one that has daily posts, preferrably low carb. The one that has some posts in it is just on weekend by 1 or maybe 2 people. ALSO I can't get my weight ticker to work correctly. When I put it on my signature it stays at the 174# which was from at least a year ago! Ok all, cya!

YOU CAN DO THIS........a women can do anything she sets her mind to...........remember that... and what i call regular foods... for non low carbers.......is poison to our bodys............and if it's white ..IT AINT RIGHT...... Sending good wishes your way.. ya done good kiddo.............it does get easier after a while..
