Well, it's about time to get on out of here (work that is) for the day. I am really enjoying our group - especially as more and more people participate. Don't be afraid to speak up - because you think we have all the answers (little do you know). It's a lifetime learning journey for me, and I believe it's true for most people on here. The human body is very complex and nobody understands it entirely, or the variations in its processes. Since I want to live a healthy normal life, I will leave you with this one thought:
"I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather.. Not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car."
