Morning exercise: watp 30 min toning arms 10 min

I have a slight cold but I am feeling much better other wise.
I started taking cal/mag citrate again and this stuff called vita-vie. It was the Akins version of mona-vie. I used to take that a few years ago and it really helped. I just did not get back on it b/c of the cost but this is much cheaper and so far I feel a lot better.
I am am also off gluten, tomatoes, and sweet& low. No stomach cramps or headaches for the last few days!
Going to do my best to keep this up.
