Survived Halloween - well kind of.
Since I knew I'd be sitting next to a bowl of chocolate all night I ate an extra turkey burger and drank two cups of coffee. Blew my calories but kept my carbs under control. There are times that 50% just has to be considered a passing score.
We have a beautiful day to start November off. Hope all of you are enjoying the start of a new month.

An extra turkey burger is so-o-o much better than chocolate which would have stirred up cravings that you'd have had to battle for days! One holiday down, just a couple more to go. Ya done good, gal!

Good job Buffy! You are my hero. I will think of your self control next time I'm tempted. I'm glad your FIL is ok and your hubby home. Here's to a wonderful, sucessful November.
