After a two year sabbatical, during which I gained back about 50Lbs, I will attempt to go back to the good habits of eating well, exercising, and journaling on FS.
The good thing is that I was successful before and I know what to do. The sad thing is falling back in to the old bad habits (too numerous to list).
So, without further ado, the journey begins.
Need lots of buddies, need lots of support (preferably from folks who have more than 100 lbs to lose and a darn serious about it so we can take this journey together)
