Oh My....feels like its been forever since Ive posted a journal entry. Life just seems to be a giant roller coaster that I cant get off of LOL
But the good news is not any weight change. Really watching this time of year...too many temptations to let myself go astray!
I do have to have surgery in January (Hyster.) YUCK....hoping it doesnt throw me too far out of wack....plus Im going to hate not being able to exercise much for a bit.
Great to see so many friends still sticking with it and doing well!!!
