Made it thru the party last night without any trouble at all!! Yay!! I didn't drink any alcohol at all. Thats really good for me, cause thats what we do when we go out. I had a friend that offered me a glass of wine and I said no. Not that I won't ever have a glass of wine or a drink ever again, but I know from the past of trying to lose weight that it sets me back a good 3 days and I've been doing so good this week and its the first week I've been back going again that I really just want to stick with it. I ate light all day and had fish and broccoli before I left so I wasn't starving. There was so much food there I didn't know what I wanted so I waited until I got a little hungry and made wise choices and feel like I did great. I decided it was only food and I didn't want it to control me so I controled it, which was actually a really great feeling. Everything continued today and I had another good day and everything is great right now. And I have been feeling so much better the last couple days it makes it all worth it.
