Sometimes we simply don't really remember how people look. This is somewhat a blow to hear though, and HOW RUDE of that person. I'm glad you know how much you lost, and I hope you can shake the comment off. The world is full of jerks.  

I hope you don't see that person again....wow how rude can they be.......you have done so well maybe they are jealous, you know how people can be.
