Spent yesterday taking S to the heart Dr. Breakfast after an hour walk was a light cheese stick cos we had Subway for lunch. (Salad for me!) Today, my usual hour walk and for breakfast my usual eggs with mushroom, onion and green peppers; blueberries on the side. Feel great, but gonna stay inside today; heat index 105. Phew!
