So it's summertime, and I'm getting LAZY! I'm not exercising as much, eating poorly, and not even tracking for several days. Naturally my weight is up:( Really shouldn't be surprised. I should do better this weekend, if only because I'm too broke right now to eat out. I've got to at least cook SOME of the meals I'd already planned, LOL!

Today will be a better day!:)

A big, cool salad is really good when it's hot!!

Walk early. Walk late. Swim. Bike. Get a membership to an air conditioned gym. Good luck :)
