Halloumi cheese is my new best friend :) I had it once at a restaurant on a salad last year but never found it in the store, and I found it this week and it is amazing! I love that I can pan fry it and it is crispy and salty and just yummy. It went so well with my salad today and since it's a it rich tasting a little bit goes a really long way!
