I haven't entered my weight in a while because my weight has gone up since my one "cheat day" and despite the fact that I've been adhering to my calorie allowance quite well since then. I'm wondering if the difference in weight is down to timing. I've been weighing myself in the mornings lately and previously I'd been weighing myself later in the day. Who knows?! I sure as f don't.
