2 pounds lost this week YAY!! I think the key for next week is to more closely record my food. I haven't been doing a good job of this lately. I haven't been eating out of the allowed diet foods but may just be taking a few too many carbs in the day. That my goal this week. I wonder if I can hit my first goal of 180 pounds in 7 days time...still another 3.5 to get there but maybe I can do it!
