so tired today and did not get in my morning walk :( it's raining and my co-worker thought he would be nice and pick me up.
Oh well there is always tomorrow to "double" it up.

Hang in there, and be careful because the (junk) food demons wait for the tired to break down. Then they attack. Remember the horror movie, the one where he comes to get them when they start to fall asleep? Yeah, that's how the food demons work, when you're tired and seeking the equivalent of a warm, cozy bed.

thanks for the advise. I have an invisible shield against these demons it's called lack of appetite :) lol

Believe it or not...exercise (even simple walking) kicks your body's metabolism into high gear and gives you energy at the same time. So feed your body whether you feel hungry or not. Without food to burn, it's just going to keep making you feel tired and lethargic. Junk food is not the answer either...those are temporary energy boosters and let you crash. Keep making healthy choices and keep moving. :) Have a wonderful, energetic and active weekend! (hint hint) :)
