Hey guys! I just had some minor surgery to remove some pieces of cartilage that's been floating around in my left knee since I dislocated my patella back in April... So, what kind of supplements would you recommend for speeding up the healing process from my arthroscopy op? Thanks!

I swear by B complex vitamins.You'll heal faster and you'll feel the difference in your body almost immediately.
