I am on an official scale hiatus. I've soo obsessed with the number that it's just stressing me out and in turn effecting my weight loss. Part of the problem is that I'm sooooooo close to my next goal/reward I just want to be there! Just need to remember that I've changed my exercise routine and that, plus the stress is most likely the cause of the plateau. I will get to 250!

Yes yes yes you will. And good for you for taking a step back. What did you change your exercise routine to?

I used to walk 2.5 miles a day (about 40 minutes of exercise) but can't do that with the shortening days and weather changes so I've started doing DDR (much more vigorous) for the same amount of time.
