So my daughter has chicken pox and I spent the day keeping her occupied. It's amazing how quickly a 7 year old gets bored! All she wanted was homemade ice cream. I obliged and didn't even take a taste (YAY me!). I'm getting better at my breakfasts even if it's something small. I've also discovered that I can deal better with more lunch/dinner type foods in the morning than say eggs or traditional breakfast foods. I had a bit of left over steak and salad this morning and it was great.
My craving for crabs has greatly reduced this past week. My only problem now is I tend to look in the mirror and convince myself that there is no way I have lost any weight this week as I don't see a change. I'm trying to avoid the constant weighing and have forced myself to weigh only once a week so I hope my eyes are deceiving me and I'll see some change on weigh in on Saturday.
