Let go for the weekend as always...but back at it today...had a hungry day and ate way too much cheese! But I will run later. Using a new tracking app to check my walking/running called Pacer. Its pretty good! Also getting a part for a Fitbit tomorrow so I can sync it. Cant wait to try it out!
