I actually managed to get breakfast today. I usually find it very hard, I don't like breakfast. Okay it was salad and sausage but it was food before noon. I'll have to see if I can keep that up. My garden is full of fresh veggies so that always helps.

Breakfast is SUPER important, but you've probably heard that before. A few years ago, I had a WW host who told us that the body goes into a kind of "resting mode" when we sleep, and the trigger to get it back to normal calorie burning is - yup, you guessed it - eating! So in other words, we don't really start burning those calories until we have breakfast, whether it's at 7 am or 2 pm. How long after you wake up would you like to wait before you start losing weight? :)

Good point kingkeld...I guess I need to start eating sooner as well..I have been waiting for an hour...Come on Jennifer..lets do this...
