I stopped tracking my calories for about a week. I started feeling like I was going off plan and it really hurt my heart. I was starting to feel like it was only a matter of time for me to stop loosing and actually go the other way. I started grabbing bites of things, and even if I didn't I thought I was slipping. I had a dream that I ate a whole lot of forbidden food and I felt terrible, and also afraid that I was going to stop loosing. Judie reminded me to count my calories and that if I don't I will start slipping. She was right, I feel back in control and have hope that I can be at goal weight by Christmas.
