Today I am teary and I don't know why. Stupid things are making me upset, what the heck?! This is usually when I turn to food, I am an emotional eater but I am going to be strong. I need too. Tomorrow I weigh and I don't look at the scale all week as it fluctuates so much so I am hoping for good results tomorrow.
