I have two advantages Navymom
First, I'm young so my metabolism hasn't slowed down yet
Second, I can't process sugar which is where all this weight came from! Now that I know that and have medicine to process the sugar I'm losing weight better
Before it didn't matter what I ate, even when I tried vegetarian I gained weight
