Thank you! That's four months from today to lose 35 lbs, but even if I don't quite make my goal, I'll still weigh way less than I did at the time last year

i hope i can keep losing an average of 3 lbs a week for a few more months. if i can get down to 200 by my birthday in sept i will be happy. then the slower weight loss can come and i will be happy.
