I seem to be going up and down like a yo-yo, lately. I need to really buckle down and make a bigger effort to lose weight, again. I felt so much better when i was down to 174. "Not having time to exercise" isn't a good excuse ~ i need to MAKE time.
87.5 公斤 最近减少: 3.2 公斤.    还有: 17.2 公斤.    饮食准则: 低.
一星期增加0.9 公斤
