This is the first day of a challenge that requires a daily journal. I usually only journal if I actually have something to say, but perhaps this is a good thing. I got my shopping done yesterday and I'm waiting for my blood work from last Thursday to come back. I'm hoping to see improvement.

Off for breakfast and some much needed coffee. As Bren says, "Coffee in hand . . . salute!"

I find daily journalling really helpful - even if it's just banal everyday stuff. Something about it helps me focus, reminds me to stay on plan.

Z's, I can use all the help I can get to focus and get back on track. I got a bunch of nuts and dried fruit to make up healthy snack packs. I want to have them ready in my purse or at home to keep the munchies at bay. Each of the ones I chose to go in has specific nutrients that I need daily. I'm off to measure them out now. I'm going to put the mix in my cook book so I don't have to put the individual bits in my diary each day. See you later.

Hi Bren. Crowned, I'm hoping I do really well. I haven't actually had to work on losing weight up until now. It just dropped when I went gluten free. It's now going waaaaaaay to slowly. I'm obviously going to have to step it up a bit. LOL!
