Had a good week so far weight loss has been slow - was wondering if I should maybe have a boost meal mid week it seems my body doesn't want low carbs (20g) for to long? Anyone else found that doing keto/Banting?

I see you have gone more than 10 days doing a low carb diet of less than 30g of carbs, maybe try one day of extra carbs (less than 100g) maybe and see if works for you? I go over my carb max of 50g on some days and it works for me. Doesnt hurt to try new things to see what your body needs. Good luck!

Thanx @fatgirltofit that's what I was thinking too. Going to have a higher carb meal once a week and see what that does!
