This has been a great weekend in more ways than one. One the food front, my husband was cooking goat and I just can't do it so I got out some steaks and discovered an avocado I had bought. I made a great steak with guacamole and sour cream and partook in the Chinese Cabbage he cooked. It was so good I had it for another meal.
My stumbling point is that I can't get myself in gear to have breakfast. I get up and have a cup of coffee and go straight to cleaning the house, washing clothes, dishes, etc and before I know it, it's time to make lunch. I'm going to have to work on that this week.
On the non-diet front, I booked tickets to go home for the summer 2012. Will be my first summer home in 10 years and I even booked a week in Disney World. I want to go home without all the added weight and now that have actually booked the tickets it is a huge motivating factor to continue on this journey.
