What a beautiful day! Sunny and crisp! I know the weather shouldn't dictate your mood but I just can't help it.
Of course, there are some little vanity issues too. For instance, since it is cooler I got brave and am wearing my new boots - the ones with heals - which means I appear taller (and hopefully, slimmer).
Then, even thought I ate like a horse yesterday, I lost a pound (not recorded since my weigh-in is Monday). And I am wearing my favorite shirt that I haven't been able to wear for 3 years.
And last but not least - come hell or high water - I'm leaving this place at noon to take my walk through the park. This working through lunch bit is getting old (Yeah, I know, I'm lucky to have a job so stop complaining).
