Nice and dreary today. Rainy and cold. Walked at easy pace for 30 minutes on treadmill 4:30 this morning. Been getting only 6 hours sleep each night. That worked fine before I started back up exercising; now I'm dragging. Going to have to start getting to bed an hour earlier. I've been moving a lot of heavy equipment around, rearranging my workshop downstairs. Getting in some pretty good strength training by acccident. Going to up the intensity in my workout tomorrow morning. I have already had to punch new holes in a couple of my belts, so I know something is working. I expect a pretty dramatic weight shift in the near future.
