It's post-spike day, and of course there is a weight gain, as there always is. I gotta say, I'm disappointed that I haven't lost any weight for the last two weeks, but I do see the numbers getting better and better, so things ARE happening. Yesterday, I spent the ENTIRE day walking. Wife and I went to Copenhagen (the capitol of Denmark) by train, and walked around, shopping all day. Everything we bought, we carried in back packs, so I am sure we have burned quite a lot of calories. We had great food, and we ended up at a super nice little Indian restaurant, having an awesome dinner. Today is a whole different game. Back and legs are aching from the walk and dragging all the extra stuff around, today will be mostly relaxing. I hope I can knock those extra kilos off soon. Not sure what it takes other than to do good? We'll see. Happy Sunday everyone. Life is good!
