Tired of going up and down in my weight. I really need to stay focus I know that I can do it I did it once I can definitely do it again and this time keep off the weight. I just want to feel good about myself and right now i don't unfortunately. I want the body i had before i had my 3 year old daughter and Im determined to get it back. :)
