Sick again! I am so mad at myself for fall of the wagon. Why is it so easy to fall back to old habits? Today I am so de-motivated! 😭

Don't be too hard on yourself...you are only human. We all fall off the wagon at one point or another ( personally I have fallen too many times to even count...but somehow I manage to get back up and try again)- what is more important is WHAT YOU DO FTER THE FALL...remember the journey of weight loss is not a quick run/race but more of a marathon...slow and steady. What meal plan were you following before - was it restrictive? too low calorie? Did you feel hungry? what exercise regime were you on? The great thing about FS is that you will find many "meal plans"...I suggest you browse through other members profiles...see what people are doing, ask questions and mix and match meal plans...after a while you will see what works for you. There is no one plan fits all- its all trial and error.Only you can motivate yourself- know that you are not alone and we are here or you anytime you wanna chat/vent & etc..Wishing you all the best and hope you get better soon

It's not the fall you should worry about, we all go through that all the time, more than once....focus on getting up again. Nothing is a waste. It takes us how long to get here? We can't change it in a short time. Good luck and get back up. You can do this!!
