Today was a struggle I really wanted a cholate but I made it I finished my day without eating one, but I had a nice chicken salad, and I did what Sue recommended and I hung a pair of my size 4 pants out and it gave me a drive of motivation. but I know I will have struggles because I am keeping my calories under 1000 a day. its not fail safe but I will keep my will power in for force, and with friends like Sue I will succeed, and a supporter at home like my husband.
