So does anyone else have days where they just don't want to eat ANYTHING??? I had my oatmeal for breakfast and haven't wanted anything since. I made myself have a shot of protein powder earlier but haven't been able to make myself have any lunch and it's now 4:21 pm. Not sure if I'll be doing dinner either. Ugggggg

Yes, I feel that way sometimes. Seems like I have to force myself to eat. It should pass.

Joanne, can't say that I have... I ALWAYS have the opposite problem... I want to eat EVERYTHING!!! That's why I'm HERE on FS... :( I'm with lulani... just go with it, and send it to ME!!! ;)

I'm in the same boat with Millerm40. Don't think I've ever not wanted to eat unless I've been sick or extremely upset about something.

What amount of oatmeal and protein, your body might be having enough with that , I do that when I feel hungry I eat oatmeal but it does make me gain weight guess the carbs , we need to eat a balance meal at least 6 times a day small amounts everytime hand size

I put in 1/3 cup of oats with a tablespoon of ground flax, and then add a teaspoon of brown sugar. I had 1 scoop of protein powder in 8 oz of water. Having a tea right now, but still don't feel like food. I think I'll make myself eat something later.

I've been eating once a day since January 1st. Well, sometimes I'd go 2-3 days without being hungry. Most of the time I forget to eat. I just recently went 14 days without food and it was great. I've lost a total of 41 lbs since January 1st this year. I love the LCHF diet, hunger pangs no longer exists. :D

Intermittent fasting has some health benefits (documented studies) especially after a run of Ben & Jerry's (personal experience only) :-).
