So, I know I haven't been on in awhile, but I am here to tell all of you that persistance pays off. I am now at 223 and have stayed here all summer even with BBQs etc. The secret is NOT ozempic or other weightloss drugs, it is simply the old "eat less, move more" I have been making sure to get at least 4000 steps per day if not more every single day and sticking to a single serving at every meal. I don't give up things like ice cream or chocolate, but I do make sure to add them to my calorie count for the day. So if I want a chocolate bar, I have it, but I know that I will only be able to have a bowl of soup for supper then. It's about deciding what I want at the time and wisely allocating my resources. If I am having a stressful day, I'm not going to deny myself the chocolate! Just stick too it. It's a long hard journey, and good for you for doing it. I'm proud of you and you should be proud of yourself as well. I started this journey at 276 and have lost 53 pounds . My next goal is 200 and I know I will make it.

Good stuff! I’m annoyed that the scale has not moved for me but very pleased it’s moved for you! You have a steady, straightforward way of thinking about your food intake. That’s commendable.
