A glorious rainy morning! No weight gain after last night's cookout. Yippeee! Heading for church in a little bit. Hoping to get in a bike ride or some walking when I get back.
Took the bicycle out for first time in months for a ride this afternoon. Still sweating. Amazing that anything under 10 mph is considered "liesure". LOL. Any aerobic activity for 30 minutes straight, when you're out of shape, is a challenge.
As I typically do on a Sunday, I eat my main meal after church sometime in the early afternoon - and usually don't eat dinner. That allows me to indulge in more than normal snacking in the evening. Probably not the wisest strategy - but just kind of works out that way. I still watch my numbers and try to keep it within reason.
