Good. 154.8. Good. Went through a few ups and downs this week. Went through that time of the month and gained quite a bit, so it upset me. But it was only water weight fortunately, and it came back off.
I actually went to the gym once with my weight loss buddy too :D It felt good getting back, but I found out I got a little out of shape since the end of summer vacation and now :P .
Next week, another visit to the gym and shooting for under 154.
