Rested from the gym Wednesday, but went grocery shopping so still got in some steps. Last night I went to the gym and just walked the treadmill. Walked for 52 minutes at a 6.0 incline and 2.5 speed. Slow and steady helps me to walk longer. Didn't do the circuit last night. Arms are still sore from Piloxing Tuesday. But I'll be back to Piloxing next Tuesday! :) Still plugging along with my meals. Just trying to make healthier choices, not snack and drink plenty of water. I had gained a little last week from splurging, but I've lost almost all of it this week. Feeling tired today. When I'm tired, it's harder to have willpower but I'm trying! lol
