Well guys I weighed and this is the result gained 2 kilos my first gain in 15 months . Disappointed for sure . Would like to blame new medication and a 100 other reasons. The truth is though I have not weighed and measured or eaten sensibly the past two weeks not even recorded a journal .
Onward and upward (or downward on the scale hopefully 😂) . Let’s do this ! Back on track From yesterday.

Fall off get back on, you’ll be fine, sometimes you just have to step back to move forward don’t be disappointed you know you can jump back on the horse 🐎

Hi Caiosha, you have done very well. I have a similar problem. I get easily fed up , because I Pendle back and forth. Then I don't feel like weighing in. Keep up the good work 👍🏾.
