Well guys I weighed and this is the result gained 2 kilos my first gain in 15 months . Disappointed for sure . Would like to blame new medication and a 100 other reasons. The truth is though I have not weighed and measured or eaten sensibly the past two weeks not even recorded a journal . Onward and upward (or downward on the scale hopefully 😂) . Let’s do this ! Back on track From yesterday.
