I am LUCKY to have good friends and family that support me when I stumble. And I am going to be more LUCKY to be my own best friends that prevent myself from irrational decisions and compulsive behaviour such as cleaning the house THREE TIMES A DAY. The time could be better spent on EXERCISE and other beneficial activities.

Thank you both there. I found that taking a walk does help, as whenever I'm home, I tend to fuss and worried around.
