I'm excited!! I am finally losing the weight :)
It has been really hard though, since my office has a potluck every other day. I just have to look for the healthy stuff and put the blinders on when I see cake.
Also...the coolest thing happend to me over the weekend. My family got together for Halloweeen and my dad comes up to me and says "Oh wow, your look like you lost some weight". I was soooo excited, even after 1 week you can see a difference. I'm gonna keep this up!

YAY! Thats a great start, you are doing amazing. I may inspire but YOU are doing the work girl.. and you deserve the victory. Its always nice to get compliments, so keep on smiling and thank them. You can def see a difference every week, you body def appreciates your hard work!

That is so great and with that positive attitude I know you will keep it up! I am right there with you. It sure does feel good when others notice the loss, but what feels even better is knowing that YOU are making this happen. Great Job!!
