2g instant coffee+sugar according to taste+2tbsp water. Use a frother or just shake it in a bottle to create thick foamy coffee.
In a cup, take hot milk and if u want u can froth the milk as well. Pour the coffee foam u made earlier and stir. Now enjoy ur creamy coffee .
And yes I take it with sugar but it's very little amount, just enough to cancel out the bitterness.

I already hit my target for weight loss. I just forgot to update it here. Btw, it not even a teaspoon that I added in that coffee. As I said, just enough to cancel out the bitterness.
