Yesterday everything was going fine.... till i went to a party and i acidently over ate so much junk :/ i feel so guilty :/ i need to watch what i eat

You're young, you're human, you're allowed. Just make up for it for the next few days. Just have a plan to adapt, rather than feeling guilty, which just makes things worse. :-)

I ditto Kpcalories on that! Wait until you get older to fret about that. What I like about this, is you can still have great meals, just fewer and in between.

@kpwcalories is on to something here!! Guilt leads to stress which leads to higher levels of cortisol (the stress hormone). The more cortisol you have floating around, the more your body will hold onto that junk food, turning it into fat for the "emergency state" your mind has told your body it's in!! Relax. Take a DEEP breath. And don't let this slow you down!!
