Slight change of plans if anyone GAF lol. 14 week diet /cut begins this Friday instead of a 20 week cut in September because my wife booked us a cruise for 11-09. We r still going on the Jan cruise 18-25th. I’ll document the cut. Cardio back in full force and cals cutting from 3000 to sub 2000 and carbs being cut from 250 plus to 150 or lower, hopefully. The 14 week goal remains 180#, currently 195. NGL I feel really good at this weight and feel full, but I’m shooting for 180. The last 20 week cut went from 207 to 186. And to be honest I look better and bigger now at 195 than I did at 195 during the last cut. We’ll see how it plays out. Recently added 10 mg creatine daily. Still on 210 TRT every 8-9 days, 100 Deca 10 weeks on / off for joint health, and yohimbine HCl with 500 injectable L carnitine daily. Cheers and happy Sunday
