You'll need these ingredients:
1. chicken breasts
2. tomato paste
3. garlic powder
4. onion powder
5. cumin
6.salt
7. paprika
8. lime (not lemon)
9. 1 can of black beans
10. 1 can of corn
11. sweet peppers
12. onion
Directions:
Wash and cut your chicken into cubes. Add all the seasoning to your chicken. Cut onions and saute the onions in butter/ghee/olive oil. Add the chicken to pot and add 3 tsp of tomato paste to the chicken. Add your black beans and a little water. let the chicken cook fully.
In an airfryer, put salt and paprika on the corn and sweet peppers with a little olive oil. the corn and sweet pepper will roast and give the dish a lot of flavour.
Serve with rice and lime
