I know, I know! It's just water weight! But I can't lie, it's making me feel damn good.
Eating has been excellent lately, exercise not so much. I keep making excuses and it's sooo not cool. Though, I think I may give myself a break on exercise this week. I'm feeling a slight tickle in my throat and I'm sooo dreading it because I think I might be coming down with something. Regardless, I cannot allow being sick to prevent me from doing what I need to do.
